Episode 1
Remnant Ministries: From Harvest to Healing: The Authority in Jesus' Name
Minister T. Baxter articulates a profound exploration of the significance of the Name of Jesus, emphasizing its unparalleled power and authority in the realm of salvation. The episode commences with the assertion that salvation is exclusively attainable through this singular Name, as underscored in Acts 4:12, which proclaims, "There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved." Minister Baxter elaborates on the transformative impact of this Name, citing instances of miraculous healing and divine intervention that exemplify its efficacy. Furthermore, the discussion delves into the necessity of establishing a personal relationship with Jesus, contrasting mere religious observance with genuine faith. Ultimately, the episode serves as a clarion call for believers to recognize and embrace the profound implications of invoking the Name of Jesus in their lives, thereby reinforcing their commitment to the gospel and the mission of spreading its truths.
The discourse presented by Minister T. Baxter in this enlightening episode centers around the profound significance of the name of Jesus. As Minister Baxter articulates, the name of Jesus transcends mere nomenclature; it embodies authority, power, and the essence of salvation. Drawing upon Scriptural references, particularly Acts 4, he elucidates the transformative impact that faith in Jesus' name can have on individuals' lives, illustrating this through the miraculous healing of a man who had been lame. Minister Baxter posits that the name of Jesus is the ultimate vehicle for divine intervention and healing, asserting that no other name under heaven can afford salvation to humanity. Through this episode, listeners are invited to reflect on their personal relationship with Jesus and the necessity of faith in invoking His power in their lives. The message exhorts them to recognize the importance of proclaiming the name of Jesus, as it is through Him that one can truly find redemption and healing from both physical ailments and spiritual bondage.
In this episode, Minister T. Baxter poignantly addresses the listeners about the essentiality of having a relationship with Jesus, rather than merely adhering to religious practices devoid of personal connection. He underscores that many individuals, akin to the Pharisees and Sadducees, may possess extensive knowledge of the Scriptures yet lack an authentic relationship with God. This lack of relationship, he argues, inhibits their ability to access the benefits and blessings that come from a true faith in Jesus. The minister encapsulates the idea that while one may engage in religious rituals, without a genuine relationship, the promises of God remain unattainable. Through compelling anecdotes and Scripture, he encourages believers to cultivate an intimate connection with Jesus, emphasizing that true empowerment and salvation are found through Him alone. The episode serves as a clarion call to action for all listeners to deepen their faith and understanding of the redemptive power encapsulated in the name of Jesus.
As Minister T. Baxter delves into the implications of the name of Jesus, he presents a clarion call for believers to actively proclaim the Gospel and share the transformative power of Christ with others. The episode articulates a vision of a vibrant faith community that is unafraid to confront the challenges posed by societal skepticism towards the name of Jesus. He emphasizes that the apostles, faced with persecution and interrogation, boldly declared the power of Jesus' name as the sole source of healing and salvation. Minister Baxter asserts that just as the early Christians were empowered to perform miracles in Jesus' name, modern-day believers are called to exemplify that same faith and courage in their daily lives. This episode serves as both an encouragement and a challenge, urging listeners to embrace their identity as ambassadors of Christ, equipped to share the good news and demonstrate the life-changing power of Jesus through their actions and words. The overarching message is clear: there is an urgent need for believers to recognize the authority and significance of the name of Jesus in their own lives and in the world at large.

Speaker B:Baxter, aka Church Boy.
Speaker B:And welcome to Remnant Ministries, where the Word is being taught.
Speaker B:I realize now more than ever that the Word must go forth.
Speaker B:For as the Bible says in Matthew 9:37, the harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few.
Speaker B:On today you will hear from a mighty woman of God.
Speaker B:My wife, Minister T.
Speaker B:Baxter.
Speaker B:The message is entitled the Name of Jesus.
Speaker B:How many of you know that there is power in the name of Jesus?
Speaker B:Let's go directly into this Bible study.
Speaker B:Let's eat.
Speaker A:Acts 4.
Speaker A:1.
Speaker A:And it says the priests and the captains of the temple guard and the Sadducees came up to Peter and John while they were speaking to the people.
Speaker A:They were gladly.
Speaker A:They was greatly disturbed because the apostles were teaching the people, proclaiming in Jesus the resurrection of the dead.
Speaker A:They seized Peter and John, and because it was evening, they put them in jail until the next day.
Speaker A:But many who heard the message believed.
Speaker A:So the number of men who believe grew to about 5,000.
Speaker A:Don't news travel fast and cause.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:A crowd together.
Speaker A:The next day, the rulers, the elders and the teachers of the law met in Jerusalem.
Speaker A:Annas, the high priest, was there.
Speaker A:And so were Caiaphas, John, Alexander and the others of the high priest family.
Speaker A:They had Peter and John brought before them and began to question them.
Speaker A:But what power or what name did you do this?
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:Then Peter, filled with the Holy Spirit, said to them, rulers and elders of the people, if we are being called to account today for an act of kindness shown to a man who was lame and are being asked how he was healed, then know this, you and all the people of Israel.
Speaker A:It is by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, but whom God reigns from the dead, that this man stands before you.
Speaker A:Heal.
Speaker A:Jesus is the stone you builders rejected which has become the cornerstone.
Speaker A:Salvation is found in no one else.
Speaker A:For there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:Salvation is found in no one else.
Speaker A:But there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:And today we plainly want to talk about the name of Jesus.
Speaker A:The name of Jesus.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:My key Scripture is verse 12.
Speaker A:Salvation is found in no one else.
Speaker A:But there is no other name.
Speaker A:I don't care how great your name is.
Speaker A:You know, like the.
Speaker A:The they said, the Baxters, the Baxter named Carrie Waite.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:The Plowder name carry weight.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:But there is no other Name, Glory be to God.
Speaker A:Under heaven given to mankind, which we must be saved.
Speaker A:I don't care how you feel about the name of Jesus.
Speaker A:I don't care how you don't believe Amen in the name of Jesus, but there's no other name under the heaven by which mankind can be saved.
Speaker A:So you can accept him.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:Or you can reject him.
Speaker A:It doesn't matter.
Speaker A:It doesn't change the fact that Jesus is the only name that mankind, Amen.
Speaker A:Will be saved.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:It's talking about.
Speaker A:Talking about Peter and John, Amen.
Speaker A:When they enter into Amen.
Speaker A:The sanctuary.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:And there was a man lame Amen at the gate.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:And.
Speaker A:And we always say that, you know, he's asking for alms.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:He got to be there asking for something.
Speaker A:If somebody took the time to bring him.
Speaker A:It's just like.
Speaker A:It just.
Speaker A:It's just crazy.
Speaker A:They will take the time to bring him to the gate.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:Going and leading into the temple.
Speaker A:Instead of taking him in the temple, they will bring him to the gate.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:So he can beg and ask arms of people.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:Hallelujah.
Speaker A:So Peter, here come Peter and John entering into the temple.
Speaker A:And he's looking at them.
Speaker A:He's there and he's begging, Glory be to God.
Speaker A:And they say, well, he began to say, look on us.
Speaker A:And the man gave them his undivided attention.
Speaker A:And he looked on them, he said, listen, silver and gold we don't have.
Speaker A:But what we do have, Amen, you can have.
Speaker A:And we'll give it to you in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
Speaker A:Jesus, take up your bed and walk.
Speaker A:Get up and walk in the name of Jesus.
Speaker A:And by faith, I don't care how many years he's been at that gate, but it took faith to get up.
Speaker A:It took faith to get up.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:Sometimes people just need to hear Amen.
Speaker A:A word from you.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:Because they already got the faith on the inside of them.
Speaker A:And Amen.
Speaker A:They just need somebody to help them activate it.
Speaker A:They just need somebody to help them activate the faith that.
Speaker A:That's already in them.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:I'm pretty sure he might have been hearing about Jesus.
Speaker A:He didn't know a whole lot about Jesus, but Peter and John, Amen.
Speaker A:They said, listen, we don't have no silver and gold, but we have something better than silver and gold.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:We got something to give you.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:Where you will never thirst again.
Speaker A:We got Something to give you.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:That you can be healed.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:From being paralyzed, you can be healed from sin, you can be healed from sickness and disease.
Speaker A:He said, we got something better than silver and gold.
Speaker A:If I was to give you gold right now, it wouldn't heal your body.
Speaker A:If I was to give you gold right now, glory be to God.
Speaker A:It wouldn't make your legs straight.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:But he said, what I do have, we give it to you in the name of Jesus Christ.
Speaker A:The man didn't.
Speaker A:They didn't say.
Speaker A:The man utter a word.
Speaker A:He didn't rebuttal.
Speaker A:He didn't rebel.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:He just took what they said and reached out.
Speaker A:They reached out their hand and he reached to them and he stood up.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:Sometimes Glory be to God.
Speaker A:It just takes just a little bit.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:To activate your.
Speaker A:Your faith.
Speaker A:Yes.
Speaker A:It just take a kind word to activate your faith.
Speaker A:Everybody have been given a measure of faith.
Speaker B:Yes.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:Hallelujah.
Speaker A:But the main thing is.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:It's at the name of Jesus.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:That all mankind will be saved.
Speaker A:There is not.
Speaker A:Not.
Speaker A:Not because of Trump, not because of Kamala, not because of Biden, not because of the, the, the.
Speaker A:The.
Speaker A:Any governmental system, and not because of your family name.
Speaker A:You can be saved.
Speaker A:Not because of Mama faith.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:Mama can pray for you.
Speaker A:But you have got to answer for yourself.
Speaker A:You got to answer for yourself.
Speaker A:And it's at the name of Jesus that you will be saved.
Speaker A:It's not by Buddha or Muhammad or all these other strange gods, all these other idol gods, but it's at the name of Jesus.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:And when Amen.
Speaker A:People don't understand something.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:They tend to get upset.
Speaker A:They tend to get Amen.
Speaker A:In a tizzy when they don't really understand something.
Speaker A:Even though the Pharisees and, And the Sadducees and.
Speaker A:And the.
Speaker A:The Sanhedrin people.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:They might have been religious.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:Hallelujah.
Speaker A:But they didn't have a relationship.
Speaker A:They was religious, but they didn't have a relationship.
Speaker A:See, it's different than being religious.
Speaker A:You can go through the rituals.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:But you don't have a relationship.
Speaker A:There is not a connection to God.
Speaker A:You know of God, but you don't have a connection to him.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:Hallelujah.
Speaker A:But it's at the name of Jesus that these things will come into place.
Speaker A:It's at the name of Jesus.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:That every knee will bow and every tongue will confess.
Speaker A:It's not at the name.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:Of these.
Speaker A:These leaders.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:Because think they got it all together.
Speaker A:It's not about them.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:That's in the high places and dress a certain way.
Speaker A:But it's about the load the meek.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:That believes on the name of Jesus.
Speaker A:Yes.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:You can have all the money in the world and die and go to hell.
Speaker A:You need to have a relationship so all the way you can be saved.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:Is through the name of Jesus.
Speaker A:By the name of Jesus.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:And Peter was trying to tell them, look, why is y' all calling us into question?
Speaker A:Why is y' all so concerned.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:About what we're doing?
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:Hallelujah.
Speaker A:When Jesus was on the earth and he was telling them that he was the Son of God.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:They didn't want to accept him for who he was.
Speaker A:They didn't want to believe.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:That he was the Son of God.
Speaker A:But it didn't change that he was a son of God.
Speaker A:Son of God.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:I feel like they might have been threatened.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:Threatened because of their authority.
Speaker A:They might have been threatened because look like this man got more authority and more power than them.
Speaker A:Or.
Speaker A:Or they could have been threatened because their sin was about to be exposed.
Speaker A:See, people don't understand stuff when they get scared.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:They start to act funny.
Speaker A:They start to act a certain way.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:Hallelujah.
Speaker A:So when they began to question Peter.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:After the man was.
Speaker A:Was healed, look like they would have been rejoicing.
Speaker A:Everybody should have been rejoicing and giving God praise and saying thank you, Jesus.
Speaker A:Because it.
Speaker A:Because of the name of Jesus.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:That this man.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:Grant hold the faith.
Speaker A:That because of the people of God.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:His faith was activated.
Speaker A:They should have been giving God praise.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:But when people see you blessed, they tend to get jealous.
Speaker A:They tend to get stupid.
Speaker A:They still.
Speaker A:They tend to get Amen.
Speaker A:In a place.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:But they want to try to manipulate you and pull you down.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:But as long as you connect it to the name of Jesus, you don't have to worry about the weapons that are being formed.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:They gonna form the weapons.
Speaker A:The enemy always gonna form a weapon against you.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:But as long as you connect it to the name of Jesus, as long as you are connected to the power source Glory be to God.
Speaker A:You don't have to worry about what the enemy is trying to do.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:And they said that, that the, the priests and the captains of the temple guard and the Sadducees came up, came up to Peter and John while they were speaking to the people, they began to tell the people.
Speaker A:Amen About Jesus Christ.
Speaker A:They begin to tell him.
Speaker A:If you Amen.
Speaker A:Want to experience Amen the power of God, you must be saved.
Speaker A:If you want to rule and reign with him, you must be saved.
Speaker A:And it's only Amen that through the name of Jesus Christ.

Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:But many who heard the message, believe.
Speaker A:Many who heard the word believe.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:It's gonna be some people that kick against the prick.
Speaker A:It gonna be some people that don't believe whatever you say.
Speaker A:There may be signs, demonstration and everything.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:But they sit, some still ain't gonna believe.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:But it said that many people heard the message.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:You don't know who is hearing your message.
Speaker A:That's why God said, be faithful.
Speaker A:Those that are faithful over.
Speaker A:Over over little things, he will make you ruler over much.
Speaker A:If you just be faithful in the little things, he will make you ruler over much.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:You don't know what when you teaching the word, when you preaching the word, when somebody's going to hear just because they're not face to face, because they not in Amen your presence.
Speaker A:That don't mean they not hearing the word.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:The word went out, the message got out.
Speaker A:And it said a number of men who believe grew amen to 5,000.
Speaker A:They ministered to one man, my God.
Speaker A:One man got saved.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:And the scriptures say, if I be lifted up, glory be to God.
Speaker A:I'll draw all men unto me.
Speaker A:He was lifted up in that hour.
Speaker A:And he began to draw the people to him.
Speaker A:It wasn't about Peter and John, but it was about God.
Speaker A:It was about Jesus.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:It said it grew to about 5,000.
Speaker A:It could have been meant much more.
Speaker A:But because amen.
Speaker A:They were obedient.
Speaker A:Because they had the power, because they had the authority.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:They.
Speaker A:They began to.
Speaker A:To talk to the men.
Speaker A:And they exercised their faith.
Speaker A:And he exercised his faith.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:And it grew.
Speaker A:The people hurt You y' all know how news travel.
Speaker A:News travel so fast.
Speaker A:Whether it's good or whether it's bad.
Speaker A:It gonna travel.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:It says it had.
Speaker A:It had gotten late.
Speaker A:And when they went to the temple, it was early up in the day, but it had gotten late.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:Hallelujah.
Speaker A:And it said about 5,000 people had heard the message.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:Lord have mercy.
Speaker A:If 5, 000 people can hear this message.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:To God be the glory.
Speaker A:Hallelujah.
Speaker A:My God.
Speaker A:My God.
Speaker A:Hallelujah.
Speaker A:I feel like I'm building a kingdom.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:Hallelujah.
Speaker A:But it says they put them in jail.
Speaker A:Hallelujah.
Speaker A:They put them in jail for doing the will of your father, you, Great persecution will come when you're doing the will of God.
Speaker A:Great persecution will come.
Speaker A:And you name the name of Jesus.
Speaker A:Great persecution will come as God.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:Elevate you.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:But you got to be steadfast and immovable, always doing what he called you to do.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:They put him in jail and he said the next day the rulers.
Speaker A:Verse 5, it says the rulers and the elders and the teachers, all of them got together of the law.
Speaker A:Teachers of the law.
Speaker A:Thank God we are no longer under the law.
Speaker A:Met in Jerusalem.
Speaker A:Annas, the high priest, was there.
Speaker A:And so was Caiaphas and John and Alexander and all the boys.
Speaker A:All of them was there.
Speaker A:Hallelujah.
Speaker A:They had Peter and John brought before them and began to question them.

Speaker A:Who been teaching y' all?
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:Oh, great ones, the ones that think they know everything, who have been teaching y' all.

Speaker A:Hallelujah.
Speaker A:You have got to have a relationship.

Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:But he said, listen, by what power, what kind of power do you think can heal.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:A paralyzed man.
Speaker A:Hallelujah.
Speaker A:By what power?

Speaker A:And sometimes people can ask crazy questions.
Speaker A:You be in the church and well, how the Lord did that?
Speaker A:How the Lord.
Speaker A:Well, who did that?
Speaker A:How did that happen?
Speaker A:Do you really believe in the God that you serve?
Speaker A:Do you really believe in the name of Jesus and the power and the authority and the deity that it has?
Speaker A:Do you really believe in the name of Jesus?
Speaker A:His name carries power.
Speaker A:His name carries authority.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:At the name of Jesus.
Speaker A:Demons tremble and you nerve to ask me by what name?
Speaker A:That was a spirit of infirmity.
Speaker A:That's a demonic spirit.
Speaker A:That's an unclean spirit.
Speaker A:By the name of Jesus you shall be set free.
Speaker A:You shall tread upon demons and scorpions.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:Peter and John spoke the word.
Speaker A:They began to.
Speaker A:After they.
Speaker A:After the man got healed, they began to teach the people and to tell them about Jesus.
Speaker A:You must be born again.
Speaker A:You must repent and turn away from your sins at the name of Jesus.
Speaker A:Amen is the only name by which mankind can be saved.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:Not Annas or Caiaphas or John or Alexander, but by the name of Jesus.
Speaker A:These were the people that was in leadership.
Speaker A:And Annas.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:He was a high priest.
Speaker A:It wasn't even about his name, but he.
Speaker A:It was about the name of Jesus.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:You can't.
Speaker A:You can't be saved and born again and filled with the spirit of God and call on the name of Jesus any kind of way because stuff start to happen.
Speaker A:Things begin to happen.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:Your atmosphere begin to shift.

Speaker A:Are you are really going to question us?
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:About this man.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:Rejoicing because God healed him.
Speaker A:Because he was set free and delivered.
Speaker A:Are you really questioning me?
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:How did God do this?
Speaker A:Are you really questioning me?
Speaker A:Am I really saved?
Speaker A:Do I.
Speaker A:Am I really anointed?
Speaker A:Are you really questioning me?
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:He said, now if.
Speaker A:If we are being called to account today for an act of Kindness shown to a man who was lame and are being asked how he was healed.
Speaker A:Then know this, you and all the people of Israel.
Speaker A:It is by.
Speaker A:Since y' all don't know, it is by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth whom you crucified, but whom God raised from the dead.
Speaker A:The same one you crucified and he has risen from the dead.
Speaker A:Is by his name that this man is saved, that this man is delivered, that this man is healed.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:He said that this man stands before you healed.
Speaker A:Jesus is the stone you builders rejected which has become the cornerstone.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:You rejected him.
Speaker A:He's the same God that you rejected.
Speaker A:And this gonna show it doesn't matter.
Speaker A:You reject him is not gonna change who he is.
Speaker A:It don't really matter how you reject me, but it don't change who I am.
Speaker A:It don't matter how you reject a child of God because it don't change the anointing that's on their life.
Speaker A:Whether you believe they are a child of God or not.
Speaker A:It doesn't change who they are because you rejected him.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:And he is much greater than us.
Speaker A:You're gonna reject us too.
Speaker A:But it doesn't matter.
Speaker A:We got to keep on moving.
Speaker A:We got to keep on telling people about Jesus.
Speaker A:We got to keep on telling people.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:About how to be born again, how to get saved.
Speaker A:Our job as born again believers.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:Is to build the kingdom.
Speaker A:God is soon to return.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:And our job is to build the kingdom.
Speaker A:So we got to keep on proclaiming.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:The good news of Jesus Christ.
Speaker A:We got to keep on proclaiming.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:What he has called us to do.
Speaker A:We got to keep on proclaiming.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:Repent and turn from your sin.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:That you may be saved.
Speaker A:We got to keep on proclaiming.

Speaker A:It doesn't matter how people talk about you.
Speaker A:It doesn't matter.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:Whether they like you, whether they believe you.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:But it is the God that's on the inside of you that they're fighting.
Speaker A:They weren't fighting.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:These people of God, they were fighting the spirit of God that was in them.
Speaker A:Glory be God.
Speaker A:That's why you don't have to fight your own battle, because you're doing a work for God.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:And when you are working for him, he will fight for you.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:It says in Luke 4.

Speaker A:He said, the Spirit of the Lord is on me.
Speaker A:He has put his words.
Speaker A:He had put his hands on me to preach the good news to the poor people, the people that don't know God.
Speaker A:The people that never heard about God.
Speaker A:The people that have been brainwashed and manipulated.
Speaker A:And people have told them there is no way better.
Speaker A:There is no better way.
Speaker A:You can't come out of this situation.
Speaker A:He said, he has anointed me his hand.
Speaker A:He put his hands on me to preach the good news to the poor.
Speaker A:He has sent me to heal those.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:With a sad heart.

Speaker A:To set the captives free.
Speaker A:Yes, you are free.
Speaker A:You are vindicated.
Speaker A:You are vindicated this day from your sin.
Speaker A:He said, come on.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:Repent and turn away.
Speaker A:And he said, you will be vindicated from your sin.

Speaker A:And he said, mama, He Said when you go in the military, he say, they tell you, they brainwash you and they tell you.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:They teach you how to kill, and they teach you how to defend yourself.
Speaker A:But once you get out, he said, they don't deprogram you.
Speaker A:He said, they program you when you get in, but when you get.
Speaker A:Get out.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:You got to live with everything they don't program you with.
Speaker A:So you got to allow God to deprogram you.
Speaker A:You got to allow the spirit of God.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:To dig out everything.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:That mankind.
Speaker A:Amen.

Speaker A:They look around.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:Hallelujah.
Speaker A:To tear somebody down or to put somebody in jail because they naming the name of Jesus Christ and because, you know, they got upset because.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:They start drawing a crowd.
Speaker A:They got upset because people start believing.
Speaker A:People start paying attention, and people start believing and grabbing hope to the word of God.
Speaker A:That's what the word of God will do.
Speaker A:He said, that's why I say, you lift me up and I'll do the drawing.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:Everybody got a part to do.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:But it's all amen at the name of Jesus.
Speaker A:There's power.
Speaker A:There's power.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:In the name of Jesus.
Speaker A:And he is the cornerstone.
Speaker A:He is the foundation and the essential.

Speaker A:He made meaning.
Speaker A:He's the.

Speaker A:He is the cornerstone, meaning he is the foundational and essential meaning, necessary meaning, key, meaning required element upon which a church and a believer faith is built.
Speaker A:You build your faith in Christ, you build your faith in Jesus.
Speaker A:You build your faith in the Word.
Speaker A:Your faith.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:Comes by hearing and hearing and hearing.
Speaker A:Not just hearing just one time, but you got to keep on hearing and you got to keep on hearing that your faith will grow.
Speaker A:Faith Come by hearing and hearing by the word of God.
Speaker A:So you got to continue to hear so your faith will grow.
Speaker A:Peter began to teach them.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:Peter began to tell them, it's time to come out.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:Of being.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:Isolated.
Speaker A:It's time to come out.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:Of slavery.
Speaker A:It's time to come out of jail.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:The cell that you have put your own self in.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:We can put our own self in a jail cell.
Speaker A:You don't have to wait till nobody put you.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:Behind bars and.
Speaker A:And lock you up with a key.
Speaker A:You can put your own self in captivity.
Speaker A:You can put your mind in captivity.
Speaker A:By allowing the enemy to play with your mind.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:And begin to tell you stuff.
Speaker A:And you begin to dwell on it and you begin to believe it.
Speaker A:And it begins.
Speaker A:Becomes a part of you.
Speaker A:But God said, I have come to set you free.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:Maybe.
Speaker A:Maybe there was somebody in your life like the Pharisees and the Sanhedrin people.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:That was telling you Amen.
Speaker A:All these religious things.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:But they had no relationship.
Speaker A:You know, it's sad that people can go to church all their lives.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:And they can know scripture.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:But have not no relationship.
Speaker A:Come on.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:You can go to church and.
Speaker A:And you can serve.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:On the usher board, you can serve.
Speaker A:On the deacon board, you can serve.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:Hallelujah.
Speaker A:Serving communion.
Speaker A:Being an usher.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:But you have no relationship.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:Hallelujah.
Speaker A:Don't not even fill with the spirit of God.
Speaker A:You're not even filled with the spirit of God.
Speaker A:Don't know the Holy Ghost if he came and knocked you upside down.
Speaker A:You need to have a relationship.
Speaker A:You need to have a relationship with.
Speaker A:With God.
Speaker A:Hallelujah.
Speaker A:How else you gonna get to know God?
Speaker A:How else you think you're gonna get to be free?
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:You got to hear the Word by faith.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:But you know the Word is Jesus.
Speaker A:It's God in the beginning.
Speaker A:He wants the Word.
Speaker A:He is the Word.
Speaker A:He always will be the Word.
Speaker A:So you got to know without a shadow of a doubt that you need Jesus in your life.
Speaker A:It's time out for.
Speaker A:For all these idol gods.
Speaker A:It's time opera for doing things the way that you want.
Speaker A:If you wanna.
Speaker A:If you want an everlasting home.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:In God you have got to know who Jesus is and you have got to know.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:That you can have a relationship with him.
Speaker A:Peter wasn't afraid.
Speaker A:He wasn't scared to tell them Amen.
Speaker A:Who God was, who Jesus was, and who named Amen.
Speaker A:He used Amen to tell the man Amen to get up and walk.
Speaker A:He wasn't afraid.
Speaker A:He wasn't timid.
Speaker A:He wasn't high.
Speaker A:And Peter was bold.
Speaker A:That's right.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:You can't be scared.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:When it comes to the things of God, you can't be timid.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:But you got to be bold.

Speaker A:If you hear the Word and hear the Word and hear the Word, you'll begin to know it, and your faith will begin to grow, and you will not be ashamed.
Speaker A:You will be able to stand up and boldly speak for Christ.
Speaker A:You will be.
Speaker A:You will be able to stand up and boldly speak a word of God.
Speaker A:Hallelujah.
Speaker A:It don't matter whether they hear, whether they forbear.
Speaker A:Your job is to speak it.
Speaker A:That's it.
Speaker A:Hallelujah.
Speaker A:It doesn't matter whether they grab hold to it or not.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:But I'm telling you the way to be.
Speaker A:Saying you trying to get.
Speaker A:Amen to a.
Speaker A:Just say you trying to get to something from Columbia.
Speaker A:You don't know how to get there, but I'm trying to tell you how to get there.
Speaker A:You ain't gonna just jump in the car.
Speaker A:You never.
Speaker A:You never heard of something.
Speaker A:And if you got to go to something and you're not gonna just jump in the car and just start driving, you.
Speaker A:You don't know which direction to go.
Speaker A:The same way with salvation.
Speaker A:Peter was trying to tell them you got to be saved and only by the name of Jesus.
Speaker A:You saying you want to be saved.
Speaker A:I'm trying to tell you you want to be saved.
Speaker A:But you rejecting me.
Speaker A:You ain't want to be saved.
Speaker A:You want to stay stuck where you are.
Speaker A:Because only a fool will try to go someplace they don't know how to get there without any kind of direction.
Speaker A:And you can't go by no other name.
Speaker A:It don't matter.
Speaker A:Hallelujah.
Speaker A:Because every time you try to use somebody else's name.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:You're not going to succeed.
Speaker A:It's only by the name of Jesus.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:He died.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:For a ransom for our sin, that we would be saved.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:We died.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:So we can be saved.
Speaker A:Our flesh Died.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:We change partners.
Speaker A:And because we change partners, we almost like Jesus Christ.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:He died so we can be saved.
Speaker A:We died to sin so somebody else can be saved.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:So our job is to teach and preach the word of God.
Speaker A:He have anointed us.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:But the word in our belly, you don't just get saved and sit down.
Speaker A:So people forgetting about our salvation.
Speaker A:We come to church, we want a house, we want a car, we want a husband, we want this and we want that.
Speaker A:And we forget about building the kingdom.
Speaker A:We forget about Amen.
Speaker A:Getting people saved, telling people about the good news of Jesus Christ, that God loves him.
Speaker A:There is a way out that God cares about you.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:Not just about your money.
Speaker A:Hallelujah.
Speaker A:But he cares about the whole you.
Speaker B:Yes.
Speaker A:People care about how you look.
Speaker A:They care if you don't look a certain way, you can't hang with them.
Speaker A:If you ain't got a certain thing, you can't hang with them.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:But God concerned about the whole you.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:He will all of you blessed.
Speaker A:He said he wants you to prosper as your soul prosper.
Speaker A:Hallelujah.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:Prospering in the natural, in the secular world ain't gonna get you to heaven.
Speaker A:You need Jesus.
Speaker A:Hallelujah.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:We're talking about the name of Jesus.
Speaker A:It's gonna take Jesus to get you from earth to heaven.
Speaker A:It's going to take Jesus to get you healed.
Speaker A:It's going to take Jesus to get you delivered.
Speaker A:It's going to take Jesus.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:To move you out of some of the situation that you're in.
Speaker A:It's going to take Jesus.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:You got to know without a shadow of a doubt that if God before you, he's more than a whole world against you.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:Hallelujah.
Speaker A:We got to preach it.
Speaker A:We gotta teach it in season, out of season.
Speaker A:We gotta teach it.
Speaker A:When we don't feel like it.
Speaker A:We got to teach it.
Speaker A:Come on.
Speaker A:Hallelujah.
Speaker A:When you tie, you got to preach it.
Speaker A:When you seek, you got to preach it.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:You got to preach it in season.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:You've been anointed and appointed.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:For work.
Speaker A:So you have an excuse.
Speaker A:We don't have an excuse to sit down.
Speaker A:We got a job to do.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:Hallelujah.
Speaker A:The same way John and Peter.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:Got that man saying we ought to be able to walk by people Amen.
Speaker A:And bring about a change.
Speaker A:We ought to be able to walk in a neighborhood and somebody see the God that's in us.
Speaker A:And we lift him up.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:And they'll be drawn unto him.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:We ought to be like Peter and John.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:We can go.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:In a sanctuary or wherever we go.
Speaker A:We ought to be able to bring about a change.
Speaker A:Somebody ought to see something in us.
Speaker A:We ought to have enough anointing to pray for somebody.
Speaker A:We ought to have enough anointing to lead somebody to Christ.
Speaker A:We ought to have enough anointing to lay hands on the sick and they shall recover.
Speaker A:Because we know Jesus.
Speaker A:So we say, glory be to God.
Speaker A:But is that in the name of Jesus that these things shall be done?
Speaker A:You got to know without a shadow of a doubt.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:That God will have your back.
Speaker A:And we all will be able to rejoice.
Speaker A:We all will be able to give God the glory.
Speaker A:We all will be able to give God the praise.
Speaker A:Because it.
Speaker A:It belongs to him.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:Hallelujah.
Speaker A:It all belongs to him.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:And this is my last scripture.
Speaker A:And I'm closing.
Speaker A:I'm done.
Speaker A:Psalms 103.
Speaker A:Excuse me.
Speaker A:Psalms 103.
Speaker A:Because you know the name of Jesus.
Speaker A:Because you are born again.
Speaker A:Believer in Psalms 103 and 103, 2, 5.
Speaker A:It said, Praise the Lord, oh my soul.
Speaker A:And forget not all his benefits.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:Jesus.
Speaker A:And God has got great benefits.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:So you ought to begin to give God praise at all times.
Speaker A:Even at your lowest, you ought to give God praise.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:Cause he got benefits that you need.
Speaker A:He got everything that you need.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:And it says, who forgives all your sins and heal all your diseases?
Speaker A:Who redeems you from life?
Speaker A:Who redeems your life from the pits and crown you with love and compassion?
Speaker A:Who.
Speaker A:Who satisfies your desires with good things.
Speaker A:So that your youth is renewed like the eagles.
Speaker A:Lord.
Speaker A:Renew my youth like the eagles.
Speaker A:Renew it, Lord.
Speaker A:Hallelujah.
Speaker A:But he can do all these things because of the name of Jesus.
Speaker A:Because you believe that he can do these things.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:Just imagine.
Speaker A:It's just so sad.
Speaker A:The Pharisees and the Sadducees, they know all the law, but they don't know God.
Speaker A:They know all the laws.
Speaker A:They know how to cross the T's and dot the I's, but they don't have a relationship with God.
Speaker A:So they cannot reap the benefits, y' all.
Speaker A:They cannot get these benefits.
Speaker A:They don't know how to praise God because they too wrapped up in the law.
Speaker A:They too.
Speaker A:They can't get the benefits.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:They can't believe, have enough faith to be.
Speaker A:To be healed.
Speaker A:Because they too wrapped up in the law.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:Jesus right there on the scene, and they looking for somebody else.
Speaker A:Jesus right there in your house.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:And you looking for somebody else.
Speaker A:It's so sad that you can be so religious and so earthly bound that you know heaven not good for heaven at home.
Speaker A:My God.
Speaker A:Don't just know the Word, work the Word.
Speaker A:Don't just have the Word, read the Word.
Speaker A:Don't just read the Word, eat the Word, meditate on it day and night.
Speaker A:So you will know that word.
Speaker A:You'll have confidence in that word.
Speaker A:You'll have confidence in Jesus.
Speaker A:You'll be confident because he died and he rose again for you.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:You'll be confident.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:That.
Speaker A:That, that.
Speaker A:That you have been.
Speaker A:Been redeemed from the curse of the law.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:You'll be confident in knowing.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:That your sin is forgotten, that you have been washed by the blood of the Lamb.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:Don't forget your benefits.
Speaker A:Glory be to God.
Speaker A:You know how hard it is to get benefits in the secular world working on these jobs and how much you got to pay for benefits?
Speaker A:And the only thing God is asking you to be.
Speaker A:To be faithful.
Speaker A:Just be faithful.
Speaker A:Excuse me.
Speaker A:Just be faithful and you can reap the benefits.
Speaker A:Be obedient, Know who I am, talk to me sometimes.
Speaker A:And you can have the benefits.
Speaker A:You can have the forgiveness.
Speaker A:You can have the.
Speaker A:You can have the healing.
Speaker A:You can have the crown.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:You can have all the love that you can even have the desires of your heart.
Speaker A:Who wouldn't serve a God like that?
Speaker A:Hallelujah.
Speaker A:I wish I could.
Speaker A:I wish I can see those Pharisees and them Sadducees and the Sanhedrin people.
Speaker A:But I can just shake them.
Speaker A:And like.
Speaker A:Oh, you foolish.
Speaker A:Like.
Speaker A:Like Paul said.
Speaker A:Oh, you foolish Galatians who have bewitched you.
Speaker A:He's right here in your presence, and you don't know it.
Speaker A:He's right here in your house and you don't know it.
Speaker A:He's right in your bedroom and you don't know it.
Speaker A:He rides with you in your car and you don't know it.
Speaker A:He's already giving you the victory and you still living defeated at the name of Jesus.
Speaker A:Oh, you can have all these things.
Speaker A:You can have all these things.
Speaker A:It's about the name of Jesus.
Speaker A:It's about serving him, knowing him and inviting him into your life.
Speaker A:I encourage you tonight, if you don't know him, get to know him in a real way.
Speaker A:Not a play play way, in a real way.
Speaker A:Not just saying what mom and them say, but in a real way.
Speaker A:Not.
Speaker A:Not like.
Speaker A:Not like granddad and them talk about their experience.
Speaker A:And people ask you, oh, yeah, I know Jesus.
Speaker A:No, my granddaddy now.
Speaker A:No.
Speaker A:What you know about Jesus?
Speaker A:Tell me what you know about Jesus.
Speaker A:Tell me your last experience with him.
Speaker A:Tell me the last thing he said to you when the last time you talked to him and you heard him talk back to you.
Speaker A:Get a relationship and watch God give you all the benefits.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:Watch him give you all them benefits.
Speaker A:Watch him work in your life and work on your behalf.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:And he'll be done.
Speaker A:Destroy them enemies.
Speaker A:He'll be to destroy all those Pharisees and Sadducees and people that always telling you, don't do it this way.
Speaker A:God ain't pleased with this.
Speaker A:You will know God's voice for yourself.
Speaker A:Do another word for yourself.
Speaker A:Hallelujah.
Speaker A:We thank God for the Word on tonight.
Speaker A:We thank you for tuning in.

Speaker A:And if you don't know him, get to know him.
Speaker A:Romans 10, 9 and 10.
Speaker A:Believe in your heart and confess with your mouth.
Speaker A:Use your mouth to say something, something positive.
Speaker A:Run to God and stop running to every negative thing.
Speaker A:Run to God and ask God to work it out and stop trying to figure it out.
Speaker A:I pray that you have a blessed rest of the week.
Speaker A:Y' all be blessed.
Speaker A:I speak.
